Typical Session
First Treatment: Consultation, approx. 1 hour. Questions about your health and lifestyle will be asked, including how you feel physically and emotionally. You will then sit in a semi reclined position and be asked to remove your shoes and socks only.
The therapist will then examine the feet and commence treatment. The amount of pressure applied by the therapist and the length of the treatment is tailored to suit the Client's state of health. Some people worry the treatment will be ticklish, however this is not the case, and a good reflexologist will always respond to Client feedback.The hands may also be treated if the therapist feels it would help the treatment or if the Client requests it.
